  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email so you can monitor your delivery status.


5. Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.
If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. If you still need help, reach out to us at elitesole.e@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.


6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
